Sequoia Lodge is one of the fish hatchery's stocking points.  With regular stocking, the trout are ready to take your bait.  Forgot your bait?  No problem, the General Store is located right across the street.  They will be happy to assist you.  The Kern River will offer you some great trout fishing and/or thrilling fun with whitewater rafting/kayaking.

There are many hiking and biking trails all around the area.  The    Lodge is just minutes away from the giant redwoods of The Trail of  100 Giants.  Or, if you are looking for more adventure, you can go rock climbing.

Lake Isabella will also offer you hours of fun.  You can rent a boat from one of the marinas and go fishing for bass, crappis, or trout.  Or, bring your jet skis and enjoy a day on the Lake.  Windsurfing is another sport enjoyed on this beautiful Lake.
